Chances are your customer already has BlackBerry Messenger as it comes pre-installed on their BlackBerry® smartphone.
However, to help your customers get started on it, they should:
- Go to the Home screen and click on the the Instant Messaging folder.
Please note, if they don’t see the Instant Messaging folder, they may be viewing the default Home screen with only six icons. If that’s the case, they must click the Menu key to display all their smartphone applications. - Then simply click the BlackBerry Messenger icon.
Many businesses are already using BlackBerry® Messenger, to get instant answers, without the need to make a mobile call and hence saving on costs!
